The Road

• 11 foot travel lanes
• 3 1/2 foot shoulders
• 6-inch barrier curbs and gutter
• Posted speed limit 25 mph 
• Continuous lighting along the road
• Piped storm drain systems

Pedestrian Facilities

• An 8-foot wide asphalt trail on the south side of  80th Avenue
• A 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on the north side
• A minimum 4-foot grass buffer between the curb and pedestrian facilities to separate pedestrians from vehicle

Traffic Calming

Chokers are proposed at the intersections of:

• 80th Avenue and Alpine View Circle
• 80th Avenue and Nadine Street
• 80th Avenue and Snow View Drive

Landscaping

Landscaping will include new plantings in areas where sufficient public right-of-way exists.
