Pedestrian Facilities
- An 8-foot wide asphalt trail on the south side of 80th Avenue
- A 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk on the north side
- A minimum 4-foot grass buffer between the curb and pedestrian facilities to separate pedestrians from vehicle
Traffic Calming
Chokers are proposed at the intersections of:

Landscaping
Landscaping will include new plantings in areas where sufficient public right-of-way exists.
